Book your dedicated 30-minute time slot to receive a set of professionally edited, high-resolution digital portraits delivered in time for your holiday cards.
How it works
1) Book your 30-minute time slot on either November 7th or 8th

2) Holiday portrait mini-session costs $100
($50 deposit is required to secure your spot)
​
3) Grab your family and a holiday sweater and strike a pose
​
4) Receive 10-15 high-resolution, professionally edited photographs in time to send out your holiday cards
How much does it cost?
Holiday portrait mini-sessions cost $100. You will receive 10-15 professionally edited portraits from your session.
Where are these mini-portrait sessions held?
We are doing a special pop-up at The Hangout, located at 12060 Pocket Canyon Highway, Guerneville, CA 95446

How long are the mini-sessions?
Each session is about 30 minutes long. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your time slot to ensure we can get started on time.

How many people can participate in the mini-session?
Our studio can accommodate a maximum of six people (2 years old+) per session. To book a larger family, please reach out to Nathan directly.

Can I bring my pets?
We allow up to two dogs and cats per session. Other animals are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that to bring any pet, you must place a $50 refundable deposit, which you will receive back once the mini-session is over and your pet has not caused any damage to equipment or the venue.Â
When will I receive my photos? Will I receive any prints?
Your digital photo album will arrive by email no later than November 16th. You can order physical prints by selecting that option in your photo album.

How do I pay for the mini-session? Is there a deposit?
Yes, to secure your time slot, you must pay a $50 deposit, which is refundable until October 26th.
You can pay via Venmo, Paypal, or credit/debit card (+ 3% processing fee). The remaining balance is due on November 1st.

Will you be doing this event on a different weekend?
No, this special pop-up event will only be held on November 7th and 8th 2026.
